Desiccant masterbatch

Desiccant Masterbatch is a kind of new products developed for depriving water from the resin, especially regenerating resin. The application of this product will not only reduce the energy consumption, also promote the production efficiency and ensure the quality.

(2)Good dispersity, easy to plasticize. water can be dispersed in a matrix resin after absorbing, without leaving any traces.

(4)Nontoxic, tasteless, harmless. convenient to use, just mixed it uniformly by a certain percentage with the matrix resin before processing.

 1.Using method:

In the process of plastics products, such as blown moulded films, sheet products and injection moulded products, especially for the biodegradable plastic products, the trace moisture that contained in raw materials can be released. Therefore, there will be air bubbles formed on the surface of finished products, which can impact appearance quality and mechanical properties. 

  With this product, the bubbles can be effectively eliminated to make plastic products appearance smooth and leveling, and thus keep original products mechanical strength without compromising processing techniques. This products addition amount is 1%-5% according to the dryness of raw materials.
